The purpose of the Multi-Family Residential District is to provide for a variety of housing types and accessory uses at a density higher than the Single-Family Residential District. The district is designed to provide for high-density residential land uses in a manner that preserves the necessary open space while providing for adequate off-street parking, outdoor living space, and setbacks. This district will preserve the desirable characteristics of a high-density residential neighborhood while in close proximity to community amenities. (Passed 10-3-17)
