The Sanitary Board shall submit to the City the Board's proposed budget each year, at least ninety days prior to the beginning of the Board's annual fiscal year. The City shall thereafter arrange and conduct a public hearing regarding the same. Also, during each fiscal year, the Board shall submit to the City quarterly, financial statements which shall accurately reflect its financial condition. (3-24-92)
