There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein for the purpose of safeguarding life and property from the hazards of fire and explosion that certain code known as the West Virginia State Fire Code, as promulgated by the State Fire Commission, in its current form, and future versions as amended from time to time.
