1521.03 INSPECTIONS.
   The Chief Inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention may, at all reasonable hours, enter any building or premises within his jurisdiction for the purpose of making any inspection or investigation which, under the provisions of this chapter he may deem necessary to be made. Any Inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention may, upon the direction of the Chief Inspector, at all reasonable hours, enter any building or premises within the City for the purpose of making any inspection or investigation, which under the provisions of this Fire Prevention Code he may deem necessary to be made.
