The City Organization for Emergency Services and the officers thereof shall execute and enforce such orders, rules and regulations as may be made by the Director of Emergency Services under authority of this section. Such organization shall have available for inspection at their offices all orders, rules and regulations made by the Director of Emergency Services under his authority.
