105.05 COUNCIL CHAIRMAN; COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS;

The City Manager shall serve as chairman of the City Emergency Services Council and the members thereof shall serve without compensation. The City Emergency Services Council shall be responsible for and have general direction and control of the emergency services of the City and have such other powers as are granted and conferred by this section and by law.
