103.07 ORDER AT POLLS.
   The Election Commissioners shall preserve peace and good order at and near the several places of voting, and keep the way to and from the polls clear and free from obstruction. The Commissioners may direct any disorderly person to be removed therefrom by any police officer of the City, or constable or any person deputed by them for the purpose, and taken before the Judge of the Police Court or any court, to be dealt with according to law.
