103.02 WARD BOUNDARIES.

(a) First Ward. Those persons living in the City and voting in County precincts 6, 9 and 10 shall be voters of the First Ward of the City.

(b) Second Ward. Those persons living in the City and voting in County precincts 7, 16 and 17 shall be voters of the Second Ward of the City.

(c) Third Ward. Those persons living in the City and voting in County precincts 4 and 11 shall be voters of the Third Ward of the City.

(d) Fourth Ward. Those persons living in the City and voting in County precincts 1 and 44 shall be voters of the Fourth Ward of the City.
