(a) Whoever violates Plan or Land Subdivision Regulations, or who fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof, or who excavates for, erects, constructs, enlarges, reconstructs, adds to, alters, repairs, moves, maintains, uses and/or occupies any building, other structure and/or land in violation of an approved plan or without the approval of the Planning Commission, shall for each violation be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00). Each day that such violation continues may constitute a separate offense.
(b) Any building or structure erected, raised, converted on land or premises used in violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter One or of any regulations in this Chapter One or of any of the regulations made under authority conferred hereby, is hereby declared to be a common nuisance and the owner of the building, structure, land or premises shall be liable for maintaining a common nuisance.
(c) The Planning Commission or any interested person may institute a suit for injunction in the Circuit Court or in the Common Pleas Court, to restrain any person, firm, or corporation or a governmental unit from violating or failing to comply with the provisions of this Chapter One.
