1315.01 APPLICATION OF SUBDIVISION DESIGN CRITERIA.

The following land subdivision principles, regulations and requirements shall be applied by the Planning Commission in evaluating the plats for proposed subdivisions and shall be considered minimum requirements unless otherwise stated. (4-24-72)
