1305.02 GRANT OF POWER.

After a Comprehensive Plan and an ordinance containing Land Subdivision Regulations have been adopted and a certified copy of the ordinance has been filed with the County Clerk, the Planning Commission shall have exclusive control over the approval of all plats and replats involving incorporated land covered by the Comprehensive Plan and Land Subdivision Regulations.
