(a) Any resident who violates any provision of this article or any regulation promulgated hereunder shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) plus court costs for an initial violation and up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) plus court costs for each additional violation.
(b) Any owner of a multi-family dwelling, four units or larger, violating any provision of this article or any regulations promulgated hereunder shall be fined up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) plus court costs for an initial violation and up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each additional violation.
(c) Any commercial establishment violating any provision of this article or any regulation promulgated hereunder shall be fined up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) plus court costs for an initial violation and up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) plus court costs for each additional violation. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
(d) Any hauler violating any provision of this article or any regulations promulgated hereunder shall be fined up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) plus court costs for an initial violation and up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) plus court costs for each additional violation.
