901.09 CELLAR DOORS, ENTRANCES.

No person shall construct any building in such a manner as to use any portion of a public street or sidewalk for any cellar door, cellar entrance, area or steps. Any person who violates this section shall cause such encroachment to be removed at his own cost regardless of any other adjudged penalty.
