901.08 STRUCTURES OVER STREETS.

No building or structure shall be erected upon or over or extend into, upon or over any street, sidewalk or public grounds of the City. Any person who shall erect or construct anything in violation of this section shall be compelled to remove such structure at his own expense, in addition to any other adjudged penalty.
