901.06 OBSTRUCTING STREETS.

No person shall fence or obstruct any street, sidewalk, crossing or gutter within the City; provided, that any person loading or unloading any goods, wares, merchandise, produce or fuel shall have a reasonable time to remove obstructions occasioned thereby.
