Section 43. Appointment of Police Judge; Qualifications; Salary.

The City Manager shall appoint as an officer of the City a person who shall have the title of Police Judge and who shall be any qualified resident of Marshall County, West Virginia. The Police Judge shall serve at the will and pleasure of the City Manager and shall receive an annual salary as determined by the Council. (Approved by voters 6-1-99.)
