(A) Fee established. A fee shall be charged by the city to any alarm user for a third and any subsequent false alarm response within a 12-month time period. The alarm user will be responsible for payment of the fee.
(B) Fee amounts. Fees for three or more false fire or police alarms in a 12-month period are established in the city’s fee schedule.
