§ 33.040 ESTABLISHMENT; PURPOSE.
   There is hereby created a commission of five members, to be known as the “Police Advisory Commission”, for the purpose of advising the City Council and the Police Department on hiring decisions and promoting the relationship between the Police Department and the community.
