§ 33.025 ESTABLISHMENT; MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   A Board of Adjustments and Appeals, consisting of all appointment members of the Planning and Zoning Commission, is hereby established.
   (B)   The Board shall function under and be governed by the provisions of §§ 160.465 through 160.470 of this code of ordinances.
