§ 158.075 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS.
   Exceptions, variances or modifications of the strict application of this chapter may be granted in case of planned unit developments; provided, the Council, upon review and recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission, shall find that the proposed development is fully consistent with the purpose and intent of this chapter. A planned unit development shall be considered any development which conforms to the definition and requirements thereof in Ch. 160 of this code of ordinances. This provision is intended to provide flexibility needed for new land planning and land development trends and techniques.
