(A) Location. All lots shall abut on a publicly dedicated street that has received legal status as such.
(B) Size. The lot dimensions in subdivisions shall not be less than the minimum dimensions required to secure the minimum lot area specified in Ch. 160 of this code of ordinances for the district within which the land is located.
(C) Side lot lines. Side lines of lots shall be substantially at right angles to the street line.
(D) Lot remnants. All remnants of lots below minimum size left over after subdividing of a larger tract must be added to adjacent lots, rather than allowed to remain as unusable parcels.
