§ 158.025 SOIL TESTS.
   Upon the advice of the Director of Public Works/Parks and Recreation, the Council may require soil tests prior to the approval of the final plat. The test holes, when ordered by the city authorities, shall be drilled at the expense of the owner or developer, and the information disclosed shall be furnished to the Council together with a copy of the proposed plat showing the location of each test hole, the information as to the various types of soil encountered and their depths, the level of the ground water and a seepage test and may include additional information. The number of test holes to be drilled and their location on the property which is proposed to be platted will be as directed by the Council or its authorized representative.
