§ 157.004 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.
   The Director of Public Works/Parks and Recreation is the principal city official responsible to administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this chapter. The Director may delegate any or all of the duties hereunder to designated persons or entities acting in the beneficial interest of or in the employ of the city.
