§ 154.055 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR.
   The Community Development Director or other official designated by the City Council shall administer and enforce this chapter. If the Community Development Director finds a violation of the provisions of this chapter, the Community Development Director shall notify the person responsible for such violation according to the procedures stated in § 154.060 of the chapter.
