The city establishes the following overlay zoning classifications within the city.
(A) Floodway District. The Floodway District shall include those areas designated as “Zone AE”, “Zone AH” and “Zone A” on the Flood Insurance Rate Map panels adopted in § 154.005 of this chapter that are below the ordinary high water level, as defined in M.S. § 103G.005, subd. 14, as it may be amended from time to time.
(B) Flood Fringe District. The Flood Fringe District shall include those areas designated as “Zone AE”, “Zone AH” and “Zone A” on the Flood Insurance Rate Map panels adopted in § 154.005 of this chapter that are below the 1% annual chance flood elevation (100-year flood elevation), but above the ordinary high water level as defined in M.S. § 103G.005, subd. 14, as it may be amended from time to time.
