§ 154.001 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The legislature of the state has, in M.S. Ch. 103F and Ch. 462, as they may be amended from time to time, delegated to local government units the responsibility to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the City Council does ordain as follows in this chapter.
