§ 152.017 NEW SUBDIVISIONS.
   (A)   Street lighting plan. In any proposed subdivision, whether residential, commercial or other, the developer shall submit a street lighting plan, including construction schedule, for review and approval by the City Council after recommendation by the city staff.
   (B)   Cost of installation. The cost of installation in new subdivisions will be paid for by the developer according to the existing city policy.
