§ 150.067 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Enforcement of Fire Code. The state’s Fire Code shall be enforced by the Fire Marshal, who shall be appointed by and operate under the supervision of the Chief of the Fire Department.
   (B)   Inspectors. The Code Official shall have the authority to appoint a deputy code official, other related technical officers and inspectors as shall, from time to time, be necessary.
