§ 31.006 WORKER’S COMPENSATION COVERAGE FOR ELECTED OFFICIALS.
   Pursuant to M.S. § 176.011, subd. 9, clause 6, as it may be amended from time to time, the elected officials of the city and those municipal officers appointed for a regular term of office are hereby included in the coverage of the state’s Worker’s Compensation Act, being M.S. §§ 176.001 et seq., as amended from time to time.
