The most current edition of the state’s Fire Code, being Minn. Rules Ch. 7511, as adopted by the Commissioner of Public Safety pursuant to state statutes, including all the amendments, rules and regulations established, adopted and published from time to time by the state’s Commissioner of Public Safety, through the state’s Fire Marshal Division, is hereby adopted by reference. The state’s Fire Code is hereby incorporated in this section as if fully set out herein.
