§ 31.003 COMPENSATION.
   (A)   Mayor’s compensation. The salary of the Mayor is fixed at $8,250 per year.
   (B)   Council members’ salaries. The salary of the Council members is fixed at $7,452 per year.
   (C)   Method of payment. The compensation shall be paid monthly.
