§ 119.026 ANNUAL RENEWAL OF LICENSE.
   The term of the rental dwelling license is 12 months and expires on December 31 of each year. Exceptions: the 2019 annual fee shall be 15 months (five quarters): 10-1-2018 through 12-31-2019.
