§ 116.020 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to prescribe regulations governing commercial premises, buildings and structures that are conducive, by virtue of design and use, to high-risk sexual conduct which can result in the spread of sexually transmitted diseases to persons frequenting the premises, buildings and structures.
