§ 115.008 BILLABLE TRANSACTION FEES.
   Licensees shall pay a monthly transaction fee on all billable transactions. The minimum fee shall be per the city’s approved fee schedule. The fee shall be due and payable within 30 days. Failure to timely pay the billable transaction fee shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
