(A) Term. Licenses expire annually on December 31. The license fee will be prorated in 30-day increments for licenses issued after June 30.
(B) Renewal. A license under this section will not be renewed if the City Council determines that the licensee has failed to comply with the provisions of this chapter in a preceding license year or if there would be sufficient grounds not to issue a license in the first instance.
