§ 114.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 114.001 through 114.016 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.

   (C)    Any person violating the provisions of §§ 114.030 through 114.036 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
