(A) The City Administrator may issue a temporary therapeutic massage therapist license as provided in this section.
(B) A temporary massage therapist license may be issued to a person who:
(1) Is qualified to hold a massage therapist license under this section; and
(2) Has completed the required application and paid the license fee at least seven days prior to the effective date of the license.
(C) A temporary license is effective for four consecutive days. A person may not be issued more than three temporary licenses in any period of 360 consecutive days.
(D) All other provisions of this subchapter apply to temporary licenses.
