§ 113.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 113.001 through 113.014 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 113.025 through 113.032 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
