(A) Duty of police. It shall be the duty of the city police to require any person seen conducting activities regulated by this subchapter and who is not known by such officer to have obtained a permit or certificate hereunder to produce the permit or certificate and to enforce the provisions of this subchapter against any person found to be violating the same.
(B) Records. The Chief of Police shall report to the City Administrator all convictions for violations of this subchapter, and the City Administrator shall maintain a record for each permit issued and record the reports of violation therein.
