§ 112.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 112.001 through 112.006 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 112.020 through 112.025 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
