§ 112.003 REVIEW OF APPLICATION; ISSUANCE OR DENIAL.
   (A)   The City Administrator shall submit the application to the Council for its consideration.
   (B)   The Council may grant or refuse to grant the license after consideration of the application.
   (C)   The license application may require a public hearing, and that the hearing be held at the time and upon the notice as the Council may determine. After a hearing, the Council may grant or refuse to grant the license.
