Application for the license shall be made, in writing, to the City Administrator and shall state the full name and address of the applicant, the location where the business is to be carried on, the owner of the premises, the number and capacity of the gasoline storage tanks to be used, the number of gasoline pumps and other information shall be required by the City Administrator.
