Every applicant for such a license shall file an application with the City Administrator. The application shall be on a form supplied by the City Administrator and shall contain the full name and address of the applicant, address and property owners name of where the business is to be carried on, and such other information as the application form may require. The license may contain reasonable restrictions on the operation of the business.
