§ 111.121 LOCAL PERMITS.
   The city does not require that organizations conducting lawful gambling excluded or exempted from state licensure requirements (M.S. § 349.166, as it may be amended from time to time) obtain a local permit. The organization shall provide proof of state exemption or exclusion if requested by the city.
