§ 111.069 BOND AND INSURANCE.
   (A)   Liability insurance requirements. The licensee shall obtain and keep in full force and effect proper insurance coverage against any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by any persons as a result of the operation of the amusement rides, carnival or circus. The insurance coverage shall provide protection against liability up to a sum of at least $1,000,000 per property damage and in the amount of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence, insuring the operator against liability for injury to persons arising out of the use of an amusement ride.
   (B)   Worker’s compensation. The licensee shall obtain and keep in full force and effect proper insurance coverage against any liability for injury sustained by any persons operating the licensed activities as required under provisions of the Worker’s Compensation Act of the state.
   (C)   Certificates of insurance. The licensee shall submit to the City Administrator satisfactory certificates of insurance for the coverage required above.
   (D)   Bond. A bond may be required in a form and amount as specified by the Council to guarantee compliance with such conditions as shall be herein imposed.
