(A) Transferability. Licenses shall not be transferable from one person to another.
(B) License to be posted. Every license shall be kept conspicuously posted about the premises for which the license is issued and shall be exhibited to any person upon request.
(C) Conditions and restrictions. The Council may impose any conditions or restrictions it deems necessary or advisable in the public interest, including, but not limited to, conditions relating to the hours of operation, the outside lighting of the premises, parking facility and other conditions as the Council deems to be best for the public interest. The Council may also reserve the right to impose any conditions or restrictions at any time after the issuance of a license hereunder.
