(A) Fee and expiration. The fee for every license shall be per the city’s approved fee schedule. Every license shall expire on December 31 next after its issuance. License fees paid to renew an expired license shall be paid before December 31 of the year preceding the effective year. Any annual fee paid later than ten working days after December 31 shall be subject to an additional administrative service charge of 10% of the renewal fee.
(B) Refund upon denial. If the Council denies the application for license, one-half of the license fee shall be refunded to the applicant.
