Licenses shall be of two types: Class A and Class B. Occupancy load shall be determined by the provisions of the state’s Building Code.
(A) Class A licenses. Class A licenses may be issued to restaurants which have an occupancy load in excess of 100.
(B) Class B licenses. Restaurants which have an occupancy load of 100 or less may be issued a Class B license.
