§ 91.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person in violation of any of the provisions in §§ 91.001 through 91.009 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day on which the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

      (2)   Any person who abandons a vehicle on any public or private property, per § 91.006 of this chapter, without the consent of the person in control of the property, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

   (C)   In addition to liability for the cost of destruction of weeds by the city, the owner or person in control of any such plot of ground in the city failing to destroy the weeds thereon within the designated periods of time as provided in §§ 91.020 through 91.023 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine as determined by the city. Each day on which the owner or person in control of any such plot of ground shall fail or refuse to comply with the requirements of §§ 91.020 through 91.023 of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
