Any person operating a snowmobile in the city, unless provided otherwise herein, shall be subject to the provisions of M.S. §§ 84.81 to 84.911, inclusive, as they may be amended from time to time, and to the regulations of the Commissioner of Natural Resources, which are incorporated herein by reference.
